7 Bridges to Recovery

Urgent Request: As winter moves in, we could really use your support and prayers. A 12/7 note from the 7 Bridges staff...
"A man died last night under the bridges- He froze to death. Each lunch, blanket, hat and pair of socks and gloves we pass out might save someone's life. Please pray for our brothers and sisters that live under bridges right now. Our labor is not in vain- lives are at stake."
You can help by bringing in used blankets and/or sleeping bags, hats, socks or gloves. (box by the elevator outside of the office).
You can make financial donations directly to the 7 Bridges organization or write a check to COL (designated giving) with 7 Bridges on the note line.
Cross of Life supports the downtown Atlanta 7 Bridges to Recovery Ministry through donations, filling food bags, providing hygiene kits and site ministry. A $100 donation provides about 75 meals or 10 - 12 hygiene kits. Each Wednesday that we go out, we distribute approximately 200 meals.
Every other Wednesday we join our sister church, The River, in delivering food and ministry to our homeless brothers and sisters in downtown Atlanta.
"7 BRIDGES TO RECOVERY is a non-profit ministry rescuing the last, the lost and the least from the streets of Atlanta and beyond. We are saving lives through front line rescue. After we rescue our brothers & sisters from the streets, we provide placement into one of many spiritual recovery programs where the healing and restoration process takes place. Once healed, we aim to connect them to a next-step resource at one of many discipleship homes or other in-depth programs, depending on their personal needs.
7 Bridges to Recovery is not affiliated with a "church" or "denomination". The ministry is made up of hearts that are passionate for serving our LORD JESUS CHRIST."
